  • I was 1 of 45 PhD students to be selected as a Lecturer to teach Business and Academic skills courses to Year 1 and Year 2 BBA students of three batches, with 20 multinational students in each class.

  • My training and organisational skills allowed me to maintain a class attendance of 98% throughout.

  • Throughout my time I was able to learn, improve and master learning management software and digital learning tools, such as e-blackboard and student assignment hub etc.

  • The above shifted the total online workload from 30% to 80% reducing offline work by 60%

  • Overall, improved band reputation and sales by strategically planning and implementing ‘Total Personal Development Programme of Work’ (TPDP), for health club clients.
