• Launched an independent social enterprise to provide workshops on Human Rights & Violence Prevention in India.

• Using all of my expertise around organisational development, learning & Development and more, I provide high standard training sessions on Inclusive Leadership & Diversity to corporate clients

• Since starting up in 2014 I have been interviewed twice on radio around my skills and ability to work as an entrepreneur and have successfully published two business books, one of which resulted in having me nominated for the STEM Influence Award 2015

• I was 1 of 45 PhD students to be selected as a Lecturer to teach Business and Academic skills courses to Year 1 and Year 2 BBA students of three batches, with 20 multinational students in each class.

• My training and organisational skills allowed me to maintain a class attendance of 98% throughout.

• Throughout my time I was able to learn, improve and master learning management software and digital learning tools, such as e-blackboard and student assignment hub etc.

• The above shifted the total online workload from 30% to 80% reducing offline work by 60%

Edwin Health Club

​2004 - 2007

• Responsible for leading a cross functional team of 20+ members to assess client needs to align with EHC’s fitness instructor learning needs, this resulting in 76% increase in annual health club memberships

• I established the spirit of learning and knowledge sharing by achieving 80% increased ‘personal fitness training’ requests for ‘trained instructors’

• Overall, improved band reputation and sales by strategically planning and implementing ‘Total Personal Development Programme of Work’ (TPDP), for health club clients. This resulted in them landing modelling jobs, emergency services internships, TV ads and sports coaching opportunities within the first year of starting the programme
