My Ideal Boss & Client

 

Instead of categorizing my choice in terms of industry, I define my ideal boss demographics based on attributes, values and culture.

 

Most of us are creatures of habit. We do things in our comfort zones and repeat the same things over and over again. 

 

The driving force of my life however is creativity. I am naturally skilled at creative problem solving, a muscle I also exercise on a daily basis. This portfolio is evidence that I am not afraid of practicising my talents and exploring life and work in my own unique way. 

 

This is why I enjoy working with people that practice innovation and welcome fresh ideas. People that are too afraid to take calculated risks and try new things would find me 'not their type'. This obviously doesn't mean I cannot follow instructions or collaborate. In fact I have proven skills in that too. But it simply means that I'm not one of those people that can sit on an assembly line for decades and use their hands over and over again without using their brain. 

 

I want to work with companies that enjoy innovation as experience not just as a buzzword on their company brochure. 

I want to work with people that I can be grateful for. And those who can be grateful for me!
